What You'll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and occasional calls with speed, clarity, and professionalism.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, escalating to our product or engineering teams when needed.
- Guide customers through features, settings, and best practices so they get the most from our product.
- Keep detailed records of interactions and resolutions in our support system.
- Spot recurring issues and share feedback with the product team to help improve the platform.
- Create and update help articles, FAQs, and training materials to make support more scalable.
- Act as a friendly, trusted partner - not just a "help desk."
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in a customer support or help desk role (SaaS experience preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills - you explain things simply and clearly.
- Patient, empathetic, and able to stay professional under pressure.
- Highly organized with great follow-through - you don't leave customers hanging.
- Comfortable using support and CRM tools like Intercom, Zendesk, or HubSpot.
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems and features.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, startup environment where priorities can shift quickly.
Bonus Points For
- Experience with auto/truck repair software or working with small business customers.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems, live chat, or customer knowledge base tools.
