Corporate Sales Lead

The Corporate Sales Lead will be responsible for conducting market analysis, identifying business opportunities, and achieving deposit product targets. This role requires a strong understanding of market trends, competitor analysis, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct market analysis for business growth in respective areas under control.
- Identify business opportunities in area and facilitate Regional Managers for preparing business strategy to capture market.
- Develop a team of minimum five free lancers / brand ambassadors to market the corporate / retail portfolio as per targets assigned to Area Manager.
- Hold a Master's degree from a reputable Institution in business administration, commerce, accounting, marketing, economics, finance or any similar discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience preferably as a Corporate or Retail Branch Manager having expertise in sales planning, management, and monitoring with any reputable Commercial /Microfinance Banks.
