Job Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned Business Growth Strategist to spearhead the expansion of our software company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, excellent communication skills, and extensive knowledge of software projects.
Main Responsibilities
Develop and Execute Strategic Plans: Drive revenue growth and expand customer base through innovative business strategies.
Bid on Software Projects: Proactively seek out and manage relationships with reputable clients.
Negotiate and Win Contracts: Utilize effective communication and negotiation skills to secure at least 10 projects from prominent platforms.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Ensure seamless project execution by working closely with internal teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 5 Years of Experience: In business development, preferably within the software or IT industry.
Proven Track Record: Of winning projects and driving revenue growth.
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
Adaptability and Flexibility: Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
