We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of various projects.

The ideal candidate should have working knowledge of project management tools and strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Kanban, and PMBoK. PMP certification would be considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and identify risks or issues proactively.
  • Support in conducting meetings, preparing minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Assist in resource allocation and task management using project management tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination or project management.
  • Familiarity with tools like MS Project, JIRA, ZOHO Projects, Asana, or equivalent.
  • Sound knowledge of project management methodologies – Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Kanban, PMBoK.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
