The Position- Develop a procurement strategy aligned with our overall objectives, ensuring seamless execution.
- Present complex ideas in clear, concise presentations for senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Lead initiatives to improve processes across the entire procurement organization.
- Conduct in-depth analyses of indirect and upstream procurement processes to identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency.
- Resolve operational bottlenecks by implementing creative solutions.
- Establish supplier partnerships for low-complexity procurement activities.
- Build and establish a new Procurement Operations branch in Hyderabad, from initial setup to full-scale operations.
- Develop a high-performing leadership team through recruiting, mentoring, and talent development initiatives.
- Design an onboarding strategy to ensure new talent is motivated and integrated into the global procurement organization.
- Partner with Digital Solutions, Governance, Process Capability leads, Analytics, and Insights teams to review operations performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee executive spend reports, KPI tracking, and management of operational dashboards.
- Drive Project Management Office (PMO) function for the Hyderabad hub, ensuring all projects meet strategic goals.
