As a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry, we seek an experienced Director of Banquets to oversee the planning and execution of exceptional events.

This critical role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities to ensure seamless event operations.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and direct a team of banquet professionals, including captains, servers, and housemen, to deliver unparalleled customer service and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate event logistics, ensuring timely and efficient setup, preparation, and service.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth, enhance customer experience, and increase revenue through optimized event offerings and pricing.
  • Conduct thorough site inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to maintain high-quality standards.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

">Requirements

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional with:

A bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field;

At least 4-5 years of senior-level experience in banquets, catering, or hotel management;

Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and enhancing revenue through innovative event offerings and pricing strategies;

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills;

A strong understanding of hospitality operations, including event planning, logistics, and customer service principles.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field;
  • Advanced degree or certification in hospitality or a related field is preferred but not required.
