About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a key member of our team, enhancing alumni engagement and providing dedicated service support.

  • As Alumni Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing social media platforms to ensure consistent branding and active engagement across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, write, and edit original content tailored for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
  • Oversee the issuance and administration of alumni smart cards and parking stickers.
  • Respond to alumni inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Facilitate alumni connections with relevant departments.
  • Assist in planning and executing alumni events and activities.
  • Coordinate online elections for alumni chapters, associations, and affinity groups.
  • Maintain and update the alumni database.
  • Administer alumni benefits and services.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu.
  • Proficiency in using computer software, including MS Office and PowerPoint.
  • Database management skills.
  • Analytical reporting and analysis skills.
Education and Experience

We are looking for individuals with:

  • A Bachelor's (Hons.) or Master's degree from an HEC accredited university.
  • 1-2 years' experience in a related field.
