We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to assist in the daily operations of our Shopify storefront.
This is a dynamic role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include optimizing product descriptions for clarity and conversion, monitoring and managing inventory levels, responding to customer reviews, and updating visual content as needed.
Requirements:- At least 1 year of experience in an e-commerce or related field.
- Proficiency with Shopify and relevant tools.
- Highly organized, self-sufficient, with excellent time management skills.
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Optimize product descriptions across all listings for clarity and conversion.
- Conduct regular website reviews to identify and correct errors or outdated information.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid stock issues.
- Respond to customer reviews posted on Shopify to maintain brand trust and engagement.
- Update visual content including banners, landing pages, and product photos as needed.
- Liaise with vendors to coordinate inventory management, place purchase orders, and track fulfillment status.
