Business Development Position

Responsibilities:
  • Align with our vision and mission to accomplish set goals and objectives.
  • Conduct market research and identify potential clients.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with new clients while maintaining existing ones.
  • Collect and maintain client information in our CRM database.
  • Work closely with staff across departments to implement growth strategies.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, client service, and retention plans, and analyze sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.
  • Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partners.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with management, staff, and clients.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in business development or a similar field preferred.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
  5. Strong organization and project management skills.
  6. Friendly and personable demeanor.
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
