User Acquisition Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced User Acquisition Manager to drive the growth of our user base across all apps.

This role demands a strategic and analytical mindset, with a strong understanding of digital marketing and user acquisition tactics.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive user acquisition strategies to drive app installs and engagement.

  3. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using key metrics (CPI, CPA, LTV, ROAS) to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  4. Budget Allocation: Allocate resources to maximize return on investment.
  5. Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and analytics teams to align acquisition efforts with broader company goals.
  7. Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on user acquisition performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  8. Innovation: Explore and test new acquisition channels, tactics, and technologies to drive growth and engagement.
  9. A/B Testing: Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize creative, messaging, and targeting for better campaign performance.
