KalSoft seeks a seasoned Contractual Consultant to deliver Nintex and Microsoft SharePoint solutions.

Job Description

  • Design, build, and maintain automated workflows, forms, and business process solutions using Nintex Workflow, Nintex Forms, and K2.

  • Customize and optimize SharePoint portals, document management systems, and collaboration platforms.

  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Solution Design & Development: Deliver technical capabilities and support presales activities across multiple regions (Pakistan, GCC, and North America).
  2. Presales & Client Engagement: Collaborate with sales teams to support solution demonstrations, proposal preparation, and responding to requests for proposals.
  3. Support & Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing technical support, enhancements, and issue resolution for existing Nintex and SharePoint implementations.
  4. Collaboration & Documentation: Work closely with internal teams, project managers, and regional stakeholders to deliver on project timelines.
Requirements
  • Strong hands-on experience in Nintex Workflow & Forms and Nintex K2.
  • Expertise in Microsoft SharePoint Online and On-Premises (customization, administration, and integration).
  • Proven track record in solution design, development, deployment, and support.
  • Exposure to presales support, including solution demos and proposal development, preferably across international regions.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a contractual/project-based setup.
