Job Overview:

Seeking a highly skilled IT professional to fill the role of Cloud Support Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance to end-users in the US region and managing Microsoft 365 and Azure-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Level 2/Level 3 technical support for end-users in the US region
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 and Azure AD, VMs, Networking, and Security
  • Handle service requests, incidents, and escalations related to Azure and Microsoft 365
  • Assist users with account management, access permissions, and security policies
  • Manage and maintain Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Intune
  • Monitor and enforce Microsoft security policies, MFA, conditional access, and DLP
  • Configure and optimize Microsoft 365 tenant settings based on business needs
  • Manage and monitor Azure Virtual Machines (VMs), Azure AD, networking, and storage
  • Implement and support Azure policies, governance, security best practices, and compliance
  • Work on Azure Identity & Access Management (IAM), role-based access control (RBAC), and MFA enforcement
  • Manage Active Directory (On-Prem and Azure AD Sync) and Windows Server environments
  • Perform patching, monitoring, and maintenance for critical IT systems
  • Ensure compliance with company IT policies, security standards, and best practices

Requirements:

  • A Minimum of 5 years of experience in providing technical support, managing Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, and handling system administration tasks
  • Expertise in Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Intune)
  • Hands-on experience with Azure services (VMs, Networking, Azure AD, Security)
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policies
  • Experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Conditional Access Policies
  • Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in the CST time zone

  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
  • AZ-305: Designing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert
  • Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (SC-900)
