Responsibilities
- Coordinate and arrange international travel logistics for executives, ensuring timely and cost-effective itineraries.

- Manage hotel bookings and accommodations according to executive preferences and company policies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, hotels, and international service providers to secure optimal arrangements.
- Monitor and track travel-related expenses, preparing monthly reports for budget review and cost management.
- Provide timely support during travel emergencies, offering solutions and assistance as required.
- Implement and maintain travel policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and ensure best practices for executive travel.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative role, with a focus on travel management and executive support.
- Strong knowledge of international travel regulations, visa processes, and hotel booking systems.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with executives and external partners.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and travel management software, with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
