We're seeking someone who can respond to targeted outbound prospects, build rapport, and establish long-term relationships. Requirements: Minimum of 1-2 year of experience in sales (B2B)Stable and fast internet connection, office equipment (laptop), and a dedicated workstationExcellent English communication skills, both written and verbalStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationshipsAbility to thrive in a competitive, goal-driven environmentSelf-starter who can positively contribute to a friendly, start-up environmentProficiency in CRM software (Salesforce.com experience preferred)Ability to work independently and as part of a teamStrong organizational and time-management skills Responsibilities: Generate leads and build a sales pipeline through strategic account mapping, cold calling, and emailingQualify prospects based on their needs, goals, and business environmentConduct research to identify potential leads and stay up-to-date with industry trendsCollaborate with clients to refine sales strategies and qualify sales leadsPresent and demonstrate the value of products and services to prospective buyersMaintain detailed records of all client interactions and sales activities in our CRM (Salesforce.com)Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metricsProvide excellent customer service and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction Monday to Friday | 6:00 PM - 2:30 AM Compensation: Base Salary + High Commissions
