This role is your opportunity to take control of your earning potential. You will be the key driver of our global B2B client acquisition, handling outbound sales calls and inbound inquiries. You'll have the autonomy to manage your pipeline and the support to ensure your success.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Execute strategic outbound sales campaigns to secure new international B2B clients.
- Lead end-to-end negotiations and close high-value contracts.
- Exceed monthly sales targets through a data-driven and consultative approach.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and manage customer interactions in our CRM software.
This Role is a Great Fit For You If You Have:
- A minimum of 1+ years of experience in international sales or customer support (BPO/call center environment preferred).
- A proven, documented history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Professional fluency in English (C1/C2 level) with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the resilience to thrive in a sales environment.
- Availability for a fixed night shift schedule: Monday to Saturday, 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM or 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM PKT.
