We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team in the piping solutions industry. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling u-PVC and PPRC pipes and fittings, identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell u-PVC and PPRC piping systems to contractors, plumbers, developers, and distributors.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the construction, plumbing, and industrial sectors.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to increase product visibility and sales.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.
- Provide technical information and product demonstrations to clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
- Maintain and expand client relationships through regular follow-up and customer support.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the brand.
- Generate and maintain sales reports and forecasts using CRM tools or reporting systems.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales and marketing of u-PVC, PPRC pipes, fittings, or related building materials.
- Strong understanding of the piping industry and product specifications.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of plumbing systems and applications in construction projects.
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing tools.
- Existing network of contacts within the plumbing and construction industries.
