We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team in the piping solutions industry. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling u-PVC and PPRC pipes and fittings, identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell u-PVC and PPRC piping systems to contractors, plumbers, developers, and distributors.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the construction, plumbing, and industrial sectors.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to increase product visibility and sales.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.
  • Provide technical information and product demonstrations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
  • Maintain and expand client relationships through regular follow-up and customer support.

  • Generate and maintain sales reports and forecasts using CRM tools or reporting systems.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales and marketing of u-PVC, PPRC pipes, fittings, or related building materials.
  • Strong understanding of the piping industry and product specifications.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
