Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for Experienced Call Center Agents located in Gujranwala. The Call Center Agent will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing customer support, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions. Daily tasks include managing inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer issues, and updating customer information in the database.

Qualifications

  • Experience as Customer Service Representatives, with a focus on Customer Satisfaction and Support
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to interact effectively with customers
  • Proficiency in Computer Literacy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Prior experience in a call center environment is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus
