Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Officer located in Lahore DHA Phase 8. The Human Resources Officer will oversee HR management, develop and implement HR policies, manage employee relations, and develop job descriptions. The role requires maintaining HR records, conducting employee orientations, managing benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in HR Management and Human Resources (HR)
- Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
- Proficiency in Employee Relations and Job Description Development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in the food industry is a plus
