Position Summary

We are hiring a Human Resources & Administrative Officer
for our
Lahore
. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end HR operations, administrative tasks, and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws. You'll play a key role in maintaining a positive work environment, supporting recruitment, employee relations, and organizational development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.
  • Implement and maintain HR policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Manage employee relations, attendance, and leave administration.
  • Ensure compliance with labor and employment regulations.
  • Conduct performance reviews and support capacity-building initiatives.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as procurement, office coordination, and documentation.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum
    2 years of HR experience in the BPO or IT sector
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    HR management and labor law compliance
    .
  • Proven ability to
    develop and implement HR policies
    .
  • Excellent
    communication and interpersonal
    skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Human Resources, Business Administration
    , or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS or employee management systems will be an advantage.
