Job Summary: We are looking for a Business Manager – IT Equipment Rental (CCTV, access points, servers, laptops, and IT solutions). The role demands strong operational, sales, and leadership skills to drive daily operations, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the IT equipment rental business (CCTV, access points, switches, servers, laptops, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate, retail, and project-based clients to grow rental revenues.
  • Manage rental contracts, pricing, invoicing, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate logistics for equipment delivery, setup, maintenance, and returns.
  • Monitor asset utilization and maintain accurate inventory records of rental equipment.
  • Ensure timely servicing, testing, and refurbishment of rental equipment to maintain quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the technical support team for installation, troubleshooting, and customer training.
  • Analyze market demand, track competitors, and identify opportunities to expand product offerings.
  • Manage a small team of sales, operations, and technicians to achieve business goals.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales, asset utilization, and profitability for senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in Business, IT, or related field.
  • 5+ years in IT rental, system integration, or services (CCTV/Networking preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of IT & networking hardware (CCTV, access points, switches, servers, UPS).
  • Proven background in operations, client management, or sales leadership.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills.
  • Skilled in inventory/asset management and financial analysis for profitability.
  • Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptable to fast-paced, project-driven environments.
  • Age must be between years.
