We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager – Medical Equipment to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth in the healthcare sector and international market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical equipment sales, a solid understanding of the healthcare industry, and a proven ability to develop and maintain key client relationships.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and other healthcare institutions.
Identify new business opportunities, including untapped markets, partnerships, and client segments
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and post-sales support.
Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of the equipment.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales campaigns with product offerings.
Track and report sales metrics regularly, including pipeline development, forecasts, and team performance.
Identify, develop, and manage key international accounts.
Ensure all sales operations comply with relevant industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in medical equipment sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong existing network within the healthcare industry, particularly hospitals and diagnostics.
Proven ability to lead a team and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
