Position: Business Development Manager
Job Type: Full-time (Onsite) – Morning
Location: Main Shahra-e-Faisal (DMCHS), Karachi
About the Role
Artwing Studios is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our client growth initiatives and build long-term business relationships. The ideal candidate will bring strategic insight, strong leadership, and hands-on experience in expanding business opportunities within the creative and digital media industry.
This is a leadership role that requires a balance of strategic thinking and execution — ideal for someone who can drive revenue growth, guide sales teams, and identify new market opportunities for the company's creative and digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company growth targets
Identify, approach, and convert potential clients through proactive lead generation and networking
Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term retention and satisfaction
Oversee proposal development, contract negotiation, and closing of high-value deals
Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and performance teams to deliver integrated client solutions
Provide mentorship, direction, and performance feedback to business development and sales executives
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to guide strategic decisions
Present business performance updates and growth reports to senior management
Represent Artwing Studios at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum 6–7 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within a creative, media, or digital marketing agency
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue and client acquisition targets
- Strong understanding of agency operations, branding, digital marketing, and client servicing dynamics
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities
- Experience in managing or mentoring a small sales or business development team
- Proficiency in CRM systems, proposal tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in **Business Administration, Marketing, Media Sciences, or a related field
