ABOUT THE ROLE

Position Summary

The Marketing Executive will report to the Director of Sales and Marketing. This role will oversee the execution of strategies and implementation plans for comprehensive marketing campaigns, event logistics and planning, lead generation, and business development.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities

Campaign Support

• Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns (email, social media, events, digital ads).

• Drive marketing campaigns to generate leads

• Coordinate marketing schedules, deadlines, and project timelines.

• Help prepare marketing presentations and sales collateral.

Content Creation

• Draft and proofread marketing copy for newsletters, social media posts, blog articles, and promotional materials.

• Source and edit images, graphics, and videos for marketing content.

• Ensure brand consistency across all channels.

Social Media & Digital Marketing

• Manage and schedule social media posts across company platforms.

• Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments/messages.

• Track online metrics and assist in analyzing results to improve strategies.

Event & Campaign Coordination

• Help organize and promote webinars, conferences, and trade shows.

• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and partners for marketing-related activities.

Administrative Support

• Maintain the marketing database and update contact lists.

• Handle purchase orders, invoices, and budget tracking for marketing activities.

• Support the team with general administrative tasks and other duties as required

ABOUT THE CANDIDATE

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field (or equivalent work experience)

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in Marketing, Demand Generation, or Sales Development

• Understanding and familiarity with brand building and brand management

• Awareness of internet marketing techniques, technologies, and solutions

• Experience working with mass email tools (ex. MailChimp)

• Understanding of Salesforce or other CRM

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
