Sales Representative – Logistics & Business Development

Position Summary

ATU Logistic is looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to expand our customer base, promote our logistics services, build long-term client relationships, and drive revenue growth. This role involves field sales, client meetings, business negotiation, solution selling, and preparing proposals for individuals and corporate clients. The ideal candidate must be confident, self-motivated, and skilled at identifying new opportunities in the logistics and supply chain market.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Lead Generation

  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, networking, and client outreach.
  • Approach potential clients and present ATU Logistic's delivery, cargo, and freight solutions.
  • Build a strong sales pipeline and regularly follow up on leads to convert them into active customers.
  • Maintain an updated database of prospects, contacts, and sales activities.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Meet clients in person to understand their logistics requirements and propose customized solutions.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with corporate and retail customers.
  • Provide clients with service updates, pricing details, contract terms, and product knowledge.
  • Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure smooth communication between clients and operations teams.

Sales Presentations & Negotiations

  • Conduct sales presentations and product demos to showcase logistics services and operational strengths.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize deals while maintaining profitable margins.
  • Assist in creating professional proposals, service agreements, and onboarding documents.

Coordination & Reporting

  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure successful onboarding and service activation.
  • Track client performance, order volumes, and service quality metrics to enhance account retention.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.

Market Awareness

  • Keep up to date with competitor offerings, new market trends, and logistics industry developments.
  • Recommend improvements in sales strategies based on customer insights and market feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Background in sales, business development, field sales, or B2B sales (experience in logistics is a plus).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong ability to build trust, persuade clients, and close sales.
  • Familiarity with sales CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting dashboards.
  • Self-driven, energetic, and able to work independently.
  • Strong time management, follow-up skills, and customer-focused mindset.
