We're looking for a skilled Meta Ads Expert to manage and optimize paid campaigns across Facebook and Instagram that drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns to achieve lead generation and conversion goals.
  • Conduct audience research, keyword analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
  • Optimize campaigns for ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), CTR, and conversion rate.
  • Monitor ad performance through Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager dashboards.
  • Collaborate with the content, design, and marketing teams to create compelling ad creatives.
  • Track and report on campaign performance with actionable insights.
  • Stay updated on Meta Ads trends, new features, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing paid Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Proven success in e-commerce, SaaS, or service-based campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of Meta Pixel, Conversion API, Custom Audiences, and Lookalike Audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in data interpretation and A/B testing.
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Google Ads or TikTok Ads (a plus).
  • Basic understanding of funnel strategy and remarketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with creative testing frameworks and content optimization.
