IT Helpdesk Specialist (Night Shift - Lahore)

Location: Johar Town, Lahore

Shift: 9 PM – 6 AM (Pacific Time Zone)

About the Role:

AZ Technologies is looking for an IT Helpdesk Specialist with a Computer Science background and excellent English communication skills. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality technical support to clients based in the US, ensuring smooth operations and timely issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide first-level technical support.

* Maintain logs of customer interactions and solutions provided.

* Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and internal teams.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

* Strong written and spoken English skills.

* 2+ year of experience in IT helpdesk or technical support preferred.

* Ability to work independently during the night shift (9 PM – 6 AM).
