Explore Logics, a leading digital tech company with 12 years of experience, is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist to join our growing team. This role will lead all aspects of our digital marketing strategy, focusing on organic growth, SEO, and online brand presence across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page optimization.
  • Lead and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
  • Oversee social media advertising and ensure the content aligns with SEO strategies.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
  • Analyze and track website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other tools.
  • Monitor and improve ROI for paid campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other channels.
  • Report and track key SEO metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Manage and mentor junior digital marketing staff.

Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, and content strategy.
  • Proven success in improving organic search rankings and driving paid ad campaigns.
  • Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital marketing tools.
  • Strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
  • Experience in paid media management, including retargeting, lookalike audiences, and campaign optimization across various platforms.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and reporting skills.
  • Leadership experience and ability to manage a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
