Location: DHA Phase 5, Lahore (On-site)

Working Hours:

  • Summer: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM
  • Winter: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM
  • Reports To: Business
     Development Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven and persuasive Cold Calling Specialist with exceptional communication and negotiation skills. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of outbound calling experience, preferably with U.S.-based clients, and a strong track record in lead generation within fast-paced environments. Experience in the IT managed services sector (helpdesk, cybersecurity, networking) is a significant advantage. This role plays a key part in initiating client relationships and supporting the company's overall sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to potential U.S.-based clients daily.
  • Generate and qualify leads through structured scripts and customized outreach.
  • Clearly present company services and value propositions; handle objections confidently.
  • Book qualified appointments or demos for the sales team.
  • Keep detailed lead records and follow-up activity in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine outreach and targeting strategies.
  • Continuously monitor industry developments, client pain points, and competitive offerings.
  • Meet or exceed weekly performance goals and KPIs.

Qualifications & Skills

  • At least 2 years of cold calling or outbound sales experience.
  • Experience working with U.S.-based clients is highly preferred.
  • Background in IT services (helpdesk, networking, cybersecurity) is a strong plus.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication (spoken and written) skills.
  • Confident negotiator with the ability to handle objections and close leads.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently or with a team.
  • Proficient in CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Sales Navigator.
