Business Development Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team in Lahore. This is a full-time, on-site position offering a market-competitive salary plus commission based on experience and performance.

If you are passionate about sales, building client relationships, and driving business growth, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities and qualified leads
  • Build, manage, and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions
  • Manage client accounts and ensure customer satisfaction

Work Schedule & Compensation

Timings: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Night Shift)

Location: Near Allama Iqbal Airport

Compensation: Market-Competitive Salary + Commission

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Strong expertise in New Business Development, Lead Generation, and Account Management
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
  • 1–2 years of experience in business development, client acquisition, or sales (IT industry experience is a plus)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team
  • Familiarity with freelance platforms (preferred, not mandatory)
