Laurel Software House is a newly established technology venture under our parent company, Laurel Skin Care. As a growing startup, we are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) who can help us secure clients, build strong relationships, and drive our business forward.
(Note: Since we are a startup, compensation will begin after closing our first project.)

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) or a relevant field.
- 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.

Compensation:
- Initial stage: Commission-based (after successful project closure).
- After first project: Fixed salary + performance-based incentives.
