Job Purpose: To lead and execute all digital marketing strategies for a 4-Star Hotel and a Developers setup located in Gulburg 3 Lahore. The role focuses on driving online sales, enhancing digital presence, and using AI-based tools to optimize marketing performance, customer engagement, and brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies for both hotel and real estate divisions.
  • Oversee online sales campaigns, SEO/SEM, social media, and digital advertising to maximize revenue.
  • Use AI-based marketing tools for data analytics, audience targeting, automated campaigns, and content personalization.
  • Lead the creation and management of digital content (videos, blogs, social media posts, virtual tours, etc.) aligned with brand standards.
  • Optimize hotel room sales through online booking platforms.
  • Plan and execute lead generation campaigns for real estate projects using smart digital funnels and CRM systems.
  • Analyze performance metrics (CTR, ROI, conversion rate, engagement rate) and prepare monthly performance dashboards.
  • Collaborate with the Sales, PR, and Revenue Management teams to align marketing campaigns with overall business goals.
  • Manage digital advertising budgets efficiently for both brands and ensure cost-effective ROI.
  • Stay updated on emerging digital trends and AI innovations in marketing automation, chatbots, and predictive analytics.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communication, or a related discipline (Master's preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 7–10 years of professional experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in hotel industry marketing/sales.
  • Proven experience in AI-based marketing tools.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, paid advertising, SEO, and content marketing.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs125, Rs175,000.00 per month
