We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Senior Virtual Assistant – Amazon
to manage and optimize our Amazon Seller Central operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in product research, listing optimization, inventory management, PPC campaigns, and customer service. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of our Amazon account, driving sales growth, and improving brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

Product Research & Sourcing

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify profitable products and trending niches.
  • Analyze competitors, pricing strategies, and customer reviews to select winning products.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for quotations, product sourcing, and timely order placement.

Listing Creation & Optimization

  • Create and optimize product listings with high-quality titles, bullet points, descriptions, and keywords.
  • Perform keyword research using tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or MerchantWords.
  • Optimize product images and A+ Content to maximize conversions.
  • Monitor listing health to ensure compliance with Amazon policies and resolve suppression issues.

Inventory & Order Management

  • Manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
  • Create and track FBA shipments, ensuring timely delivery to Amazon fulfillment centers.
  • Monitor stranded inventory, inbound shipments, and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Forecast demand based on sales data and seasonal trends.

Advertising & Sales Growth

  • Create, manage, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, etc.).
  • Monitor ACOS, ROAS, and other ad performance metrics to improve profitability.
  • Analyze sales trends, pricing strategies, and conversion rates to increase revenue.

Customer Service & Account Health

  • Handle customer inquiries, refunds, and returns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor account health, respond to performance notifications, and resolve policy compliance issues.
  • Manage product reviews and feedback to maintain a positive seller reputation.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports on sales, ads, and overall account health.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and recommend process improvements.
  • Stay updated on Amazon marketplace trends, updates, and best practices.
  • Mentor junior virtual assistants and oversee their daily tasks if required.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of FBA, FBM, and Amazon policies.
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, and SellerBoard.
  • Expertise in PPC campaign creation, optimization, and budget management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
