Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: 2–3 Years (Accounts Receivable/Payable)
Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Tracking World Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our Finance & Accounts Department. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in accounts receivable/payable, cheque preparation, and online banking operations, and will support accurate and timely financial management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts receivable and payable
- Prepare and process cheques, vouchers, and online banking transactions
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow positions
- Maintain accurate ledgers and financial records
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
- Assist in audits and ensure adherence to internal controls
- Coordinate with internal departments for timely financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with taxation and company financial policies
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and reconciliations
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (ERP experience preferred)
- Hands-on experience with cheque preparation and online banking portals
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure
