Job description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Executive to support day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, invoicing, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge and hands-on experience using SAP for accounting and financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily accounting entries in SAP, including sales, purchases, payments, and receipts.
  • Prepare and maintain ledgers, vouchers, and financial records.
  • Perform bank, vendor, and customer account reconciliations.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Process invoices, expense claims, and vendor payments.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Support audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience working with SAP (FI/CO module preferred).
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting tools.
  • Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Experience
:

  • 1–3 years of accounting experience; SAP experience is mandatory/preferred (as per your requirement).
