Job Summary:

We are seeking a high-performing Account Executive with a "hunter" mentality to take ownership of the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close. In this role, you will not just support the team; you will drive revenue growth directly by acquiring new logos and expanding existing high-value accounts. You will act as a strategic adviser to clients, navigating complex negotiations and closing deals to meet and exceed aggressive sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Deal Management:
     Own the end-to-end sales process, taking qualified leads and self-sourced prospects through discovery, demo, negotiation, and final contract execution.
  • Pipeline Command:
     Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline (4x coverage) to ensure consistent revenue generation, forecasting monthly and quarterly results with high accuracy.
  • Strategic Closing:
     Lead contract negotiations with C-level executives and procurement teams, focusing on value-based selling to maximise deal size and shorten sales cycles.
  • Account Expansion:
     Actively manage and up-sell a portfolio of key accounts, identifying opportunities to cross-sell products/services to increase Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).
  • Market Penetration:
     Execute outbound prospecting campaigns (cold calls, email, social selling) to identify new business opportunities independent of marketing leads.
  • CRM Hygiene:
     Maintain impeccable records in the CRM, documenting all prospect interactions, deal stages, and close plans to ensure data-driven decision-making.
