Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Accounts Executive
to manage day-to-day accounting tasks and support the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate should have solid accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with accounting software, and strong analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and journals.
  • Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
  • Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
  • Generate financial reports and share insights with management.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders (vendors, clients, auditors).
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
  • Handle petty cash and oversee day-to-day financial operations.
  • Identify discrepancies and resolve accounting issues promptly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ERP systems).
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication skills.
