Role Description

The Accounts Executive is a full-time, on-site position located in the Lahore District. Responsibilities include preparing and maintaining financial records, managing accounts receivable and accounts payable, reconciling bank statements, and assisting in budgeting and financial analysis. The Accounts Executive will also ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, support internal audits, and provide reports and insights to assist in effective decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting principles
  • Strong organizational and data-management skills
  • Experience with accounting software and tools such as QuickBooks or ERP systems
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work with various teams
  • Strong knowledge of tax laws and compliance regulations is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent qualification)
  • 1 to 2 years of prior experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
