Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Executive located in Lahore. The Customer Support Executive will deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing email and phone communications, processing support tickets, documenting customer interactions, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Qualifications
- Customer service skills, including handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring client satisfaction
- Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally and empathetically
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to address customer concerns effectively
- Proficiency in using customer support tools such as ticketing systems or CRM software
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Previous experience in a customer support or client-facing role is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is advantageous
