As we continue to scale our global customer support operations, we are seeking dedicated professionals who can provide exceptional assistance to clients across the US and UK during night hours.
Position Summary
The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for managing communication with international customers, ensuring shipment updates, support coordination, and problem resolution. The role requires someone who can multitask, maintain accuracy under pressure, and deliver a premium customer experience aligned with Swyft's service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries through phone, email, and chat in a clear and courteous manner.
- Provide shipment progress updates and support customers with delivery changes, delays, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as operations, fulfillment, and dispatch to ensure smooth logistics flow.
- Keep detailed logs of customer interactions and updates using CRM tools.
- Monitor active shipments and proactively communicate status updates to clients.
- Identify recurring issues, escalate concerns where needed, and ensure timely resolution.
- Assist customers with billing questions, claims, refunds, and service adjustments.
- Work closely with internal teams to improve customer experience and operational processes.
- Achieve set performance KPIs related to accuracy, communication quality, and response time.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, logistics coordination, or BPO (preferably US/UK-based campaigns).
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Excellent analytical thinking and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software, tracking systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to work on-site during night hours (Lahore, DHA Phase 6 vicinity).
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
