Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a MIUC Program Head – International Qualifications & TNE, based in Islamabad, Pakistan. The Program Head will be responsible for overseeing the curriculum, ensuring alignment with international standards, and managing transnational education (TNE) initiatives. Daily tasks include coordinating with faculty, developing academic programs, monitoring student progress, and maintaining strong relationships with international accrediting bodies. The role involves strategic planning, quality assurance, and promoting the institution's academic reputation.

Key Responsibilties:

  • Provide academic and operational leadership for undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
  • Oversee curriculum design, review, and quality assurance in compliance with global standards.
  • Manage international accreditations, validations, and audits.
  • Strengthen TNE partnerships, articulation agreements, and collaborative programs.
  • Lead and mentor faculty teams, ensuring high-quality teaching and student support.
  • Drive institutional growth through new accreditations, partnerships, and innovative delivery models.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree from a recognized international institution.
  • 8–10 years' academic leadership experience, ideally in TNE or international higher education.
  • Proven record in managing accreditations, international programs, and partnerships.
  • Strong knowledge of global higher education frameworks and quality assurance systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in an international academic environment is a plus
