Skylight Codeworks is a tech-driven company working with global clients in software development, web solutions, and mobile app development. We are offering a full-time, onsite internship for motivated individuals passionate about business development, international client acquisition, and freelancing platforms.

About the Role

This internship provides hands-on experience in live sales pipelines, B2B outreach, and global freelancing platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn. You will learn modern sales strategies, client engagement techniques, and tools used by growing tech companies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads using platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and B2B directories
  • Submit tailored proposals and respond to job postings for international clients
  • Maintain and enhance company profiles and gigs on freelance platforms
  • Engage with clients via email, LinkedIn, and freelancing platforms
  • Assist in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and service briefs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to match client needs with company services
  • Track leads, proposals, and communication using CRM tools (HubSpot, Notion, Google Sheets)

Who We're Looking For

  • Final-year students or recent graduates in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields
  • Strong written English skills for professional emails and proposals
  • Experience with Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, or willingness to learn quickly
  • Understanding of B2B sales, client prospecting, and digital outreach (preferred)
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized in communication and task management
  • Comfortable using Google Sheets, Notion, HubSpot, and CRM systems
