  • Create, manage, and optimize campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Conduct audience research and build targeting strategies.
  • Coordinate with the creative team for ad copy, visuals, and video content.
  • Monitor campaign performance and apply strategies to improve ROI.
  • Prepare weekly reports and performance insights.
  • Research market trends and analyze competitor campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience with Facebook and TikTok Ads.
  • Strong understanding of paid advertising, targeting, and remarketing strategies.
  • Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical skills.
  • Good communication and creative thinking abilities.
  • Prior experience with e-commerce or service-based ads is a plus.
