Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketer, located in Faisalabad. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies designed to drive growth and enhance performance. Day-to-day tasks include managing and optimizing marketing campaigns, analyzing data to measure success, and identifying opportunities for improvement. The role also involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Campaign Management skills
  • Proficiency in Data Analysis, Analytics, and KPI Tracking
  • Competence in SEO, SEM, and Keyword Research
  • Strong skills in A/B Testing, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and Performance Optimization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to work effectively on-site in a collaborative team environment
  • Experience with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, and Google Ads
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
