About the Role

Classic Programmers is hiring a skilled Odoo Developer who can bring technical precision and business logic together. The role involves working on custom module development, system integrations, performance optimization, and deployment for Odoo versions v15–v19.

You'll be working closely with our ERP functional team to deliver robust, secure, and compliant solutions that meet international standards including ZATCA, VAT, ISO 9001, and ISO 27001.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, clean code, and scalable architecture.

  • Key Responsibilities1. Development & CustomizationDesign, develop, and customize Odoo modules (v15–v19) based on project requirements.

  • Write clean, modular, and reusable code in Python, Odoo ORM, XML, and JavaScript.

  • Create dashboards, reports, and automation scripts to improve efficiency.

  • Follow Odoo's best development practices to ensure performance and maintainability.

    1. Integration & API DevelopmentBuild and maintain secure integrations with third-party systems (CRM, HR, accounting, or payment gateways).

  • Develop RESTful APIs for data synchronization and interoperability.

  • Ensure all integrations comply with security frameworks like ISO 27001.

    1. Configuration & DeploymentConfigure modules, workflows, and user roles in Odoo.

  • Manage testing, debugging, data migration, and deployment using Git or

  • Participate in UAT and go-live phases, ensuring smooth delivery and issue resolution.

    1. Collaboration & AnalysisWork with the Functional Consultant and project teams to translate business logic into technical solutions.

  • Validate requirements, propose improvements, and communicate with end-users to ensure accuracy and usability.

    1. Support & Continuous ImprovementHandle post-implementation support, bug fixes, and version upgrades.

  • Optimize performance and suggest system enhancements to improve scalability and stability.

  • RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in Odoo ERP development (v15–v19 preferred).

  • Strong command of Python, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, and Odoo ORM.

  • Experience with QWeb, , Git, and third-party API integrations.

  • Understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards.

  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving ability.

  • Must be available for on-site morning shift in Lahore.
