Inside Sales Manager – International Markets

Role Summary
We are hiring an Inside Sales Manager to build and lead our inside sales and lead-generation function. This person will generate qualified outbound opportunities for our UK and US commercial teams, build prospect databases, run structured outreach campaigns, and lead a small team of SDRs/Lead Gen Executives.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage outbound lead-gen and inside sales function
- Identify and prioritise high-value B2B segments (STRs, hotels, co-living, serviced offices, gyms, etc.)
- Prospect, research, and build target account lists using tools and data sources
- Create multichannel outreach campaigns (LinkedIn + email + phone)
- Book qualified meetings for UK and USA sales closers
- Train and mentor junior lead-gen staff to scale team capacity
- Track and report pipeline performance and KPIs
- Manage CRM, pipeline stages, and outreach automation tools
- Constant testing, optimisation, and performance improvement
Requirements
- 3+ years in inside sales or outbound B2B lead generation
- Proven track record booking meetings in UK & US markets
- Strong data research & prospecting ability (not "copy paste stuff")
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.
- Able to build and manage SDR/lead-gen team
- Excellent English communication
- Confident outbound caller and relationship builder
- Highly organised and self-driven
- KPI and performance-oriented

- Experience in on-demand services, logistics, hospitality, STR, cleaning, laundry or facility services
- Experience working with UK/US founders
- Can build outreach scripts and cadences
