Job summary

ABS International is hiring motivated International Sales Representatives for an on-site role in Gulistan-e-Johar. This role focuses on qualifying leads, handling inbound and outbound sales calls, closing deals with business clients, and managing accurate CRM pipelines. You'll receive structured sales training, real commission upside, and a documented path to Sales Manager roles.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct inbound & outbound B2B sales calls to qualify prospects and close business clients.
  • Build and manage a reliable sales pipeline in the CRM; log activities and maintain accurate records.
  • Present products/services consultatively and negotiate contracts to meet monthly targets.
  • Maintain weekly contact volumes (qualify and progress 50+ contacts per week as a guideline).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client questions and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Meet/exceed KPIs to maximize commissions and daily bonuses.

Qualifications & experience

  • 1+ years sales, BPO, or client-acquisition experience (inside sales / call center experience preferred).
  • Professional English (verbal & written) at C1 level or equivalent.
  • Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Comfortable working the stated night shift schedule (Mon–Sat, 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM PKT).
  • Strong phone selling, negotiation, and follow-up discipline.
