About the role

ABS International is hiring motivated International Sales Representatives for our Gulistan-e-Johar office. This on-site role centers on qualifying leads and closing B2B accounts by phone (inbound & outbound), managing a disciplined CRM pipeline, and delivering measurable revenue. You'll receive structured sales training, daily incentive opportunities, and a clear career path to Sales Manager roles.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct inbound and outbound B2B sales calls to qualify prospects and close business clients.
  • Manage and update the CRM pipeline daily; log activities, follow-ups and forecasts.
  • Present offers consultatively and negotiate contracts that meet monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain high weekly contact volume (target guideline: 50+ qualified contacts per week).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer questions and ensure smooth handoffs.
  • Meet or exceed KPIs to maximize commissions and daily bonuses; participate in paid training.

Requirements

  • 1+ year experience in sales, BPO, inside sales, or client acquisition (call-center background preferred).
  • Professional English (verbal & written) at C1/C2 level — comfortable speaking with international clients.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Ability to work the stated night shift schedule (Mon–Sat, 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM PKT).
  • Strong phone-selling, negotiation and follow-up discipline.
  • Bachelor's in Business or related field preferred but not required.
