Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with factory leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Drive cultural transformation and change management initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to factory management on people-related matters.
  • Forecast manpower requirements in collaboration with production planning.
  • Ensure onboarding and induction processes are timely and impactful.
  • Handle grievance redressal and disciplinary matters in accordance with company policy and labor laws.
  • Implement performance appraisal systems for blue- and white-collar staff.
  • Monitor productivity and absenteeism to take proactive measures.
  • Monitor effectiveness of training programs using KPIs.
  • Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives (rewards, events, suggestion, schemes).
  • Promote an inclusive and safe workplace culture.
  • Facilitate open communication between employees and leadership.
  • Manage time office, attendance, payroll coordination and HRIS records.
  • Ensure accuracy in employee data management and reporting.
  • Drive automation of HR processes at the factory.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in HR, MBA, Industrial Relations or related field
  • 10–15 years of HR experience, with at least 5+ years in a manufacturing/factory setup
