About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager (Rice Division) to lead our sales operations across Pakistan. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in rice sales, established industry connections, and a proven ability to drive growth through distributor, wholesaler, and retailer networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute nationwide sales strategies for rice products.
  • Identify, build, and maintain strong relationships with key distributors and dealers.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct regular market visits to analyze competitor activities and trends.
  • Lead, train, and manage regional sales teams to enhance performance.
  • Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely product availability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of proven experience in rice sales (B2B and distribution network).
  • Strong network and connections within the rice industry across Pakistan.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across regions.
