Job Summary:

Al Haadi Mobilya, a leading name in premium furniture manufacturing, is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Procurement Officer to manage and optimize the procurement process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing quality materials, vendor management, cost control, and ensuring timely delivery to meet production schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers/vendors (local & international).
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of raw materials, hardware, and accessories.
  • Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
  • Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Continuously assess and improve procurement processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a procurement role (preferably in the furniture or manufacturing sector).
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of procurement software and MS Office Suite.
  • Good understanding of supply chain management principles.
  • Ability to analyze data and forecast procurement needs.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Gajju Matta, Lahore.
